- County / Type
- Type / County
- Price Range by Type/County
- Month / Type
- Type / Location / Month
- Price Range by Type / Location


Type = Courtyard Villas==> Cabana (Siding), Bungalow ( Stucco ), Patio Villa, Cottage Ranch, Designer, Luxury ( Premier ), Veranda ( Designer with Fenced Yard)

Location = North CR466 ( N466) South CR466 (S466) South CR466A (S466A) South SR44 (S44) LAKE ( Lake County)

Lyle..............What are your thoughts on the housing industry????? National & The Villages.


There are crazy places like Seattle, the Midwest seems strong, Texas is booming.

Lyle, why do your DOM stats differ from Redfin data? They pull from MLS as you do. 32163 shows at 28.

I would guess because mine come from the MLS system, I have no idea where Redfin gets theirs

THE VILLAGES WILL NEVER BUILD OUT..... Like anything it all depends on the economy. Villages homes are getting more expensive because of land prices but Median prices are slight up.
