My insurance includes free Silver Sneakers benefits. The closest location for me is 24/7 Fitness on Hwy. 301. I'd appreciate any thoughts from those who have used their facility. Thanks.

That was one of my options, but I chose to go to another one: Anytime Fitness on Hwy. 466. Small but nice.

All over. We use the one on 27/441 about a mile south of HW 42 in the plaza with Sears.
