Default BAN Healthcare-related "restrictive covenants"

Florida statute on restrictive covenant ought not to include the delivery of healthcare to all Florida residents! BAN "restrictive covenants" among physicians/PAs/NPs or anybody involve in delivery of healthcare

I think it's a non compete statute. I would think it would be important to have that in healthcare otherwise your doctor, nurse, PA's etc would always move to the highest bidder leaving the patient to find new providers or change practices which is insurance dependent. I also don't know how many practices have them but I believe they are a good thing. I also believe they are good in the commercial markets but, it is personal choice whether to sign them or not.
