Default Best Dental Plan for Out of Network Dental Work

I'm in search of a dental plan that reimburses me for out of network dental care. I'm on Medicare. I understand that I would pay the dentist and then file a claim for reimbursement. I'm hoping to only have the regular 6-month cleanings, but I want to be prepared if and when I need more expensive procedures. Thank you in advance for helping me out. I've searched the internet, and I just get more confused. There are so many options!
