This Summer has been the rainiest in the 16 years I've lived in
FLA.
Which causes ground mold and sets off my allergies.
I use Flonase and Allegra which helps.
Yes those are allergy symptoms - if your nose runs clear
It's allergies.

Exclamation Thanks

Thanks for the feedback !! Yes it is clear and comes along with a headache.
I don't recall ever having it this much. I have taken Tylenol for the headache
Have never taken anything else but will start looking to see what is also good for it. Again, thanks your help...

When I had my "meet and greet" with my primary 4 years ago I had a sinus infection. At that time I was told this is "allergy alley". Florida is essentially a swamp...never has hard frosts but LOTS of rain and humidity. A breeding ground for respitory issues. I'm on singular...and also have gone gluten free which has helped immensely.

Funny, prior to moving to TV from Albany, NY I was on Cetirizine antihistamine and Fluticasone nasal spray for many years. Since moving here I have slowly stopped taking both and have no allergy symptoms now. Although once in a while I use the nasal spray if I get a little tickle or stuffy feeling.

Daughter and I think August and April are the worst here.

Smile Everybody

Thanks everybody for taking the time to respond to my request. I did live in the Hudson Valley at one time and there was what was known as the "Hudson Valley Sinus" as it was really everywhere. I see that for some reason living in Albany, NY there seems to be no or very little Sinus problems. This year I have noticed a real increase in my allegories in The Villages and started to wonder what the heck was going on? It looks like there is a lot of it going around. Saw in one internet note that it seems "Mold" is pretty much heavy right now in our area because of the heavy rain. Again, thanks all..

Sounds like allergies to me. I've had a terrible time this year with headaches runny nose etc. Only thing that helps me is Allegra D. I don't like being dependent on it so I skip it every other day however I do have to deal with miserable symptoms on those off days.
