Default Looking for a new dentist in TV area

We just found out that our dentist has left his practice quite abruptly (supposedly even surprised his staff) . Don't know why or where he went, but our records are still at his old office. At any rate we are now in the market for a dentist in The Villages area. The big thing for us is that they have a U.S. Dental school education and glowing recommendations from you. TIA for your help

Dr. Todd Howell on 466 near Rolling Acres. Both my husband and I switched to him several years ago and are very pleased. He doesn't push you to get unnecessary treatments, as many dentists do around here. Hygienist Beverly is great too.

Took Mikeod's advice and went to Dr. Forrest Jerkins in Fruitland Park. Didn't try to push procedures on me, and as a tooth was bothering me, he said it was probably just traumatized and saw no breaks, so antibiotics for a week. Tooth is fine now. Probably saved me $1000+ in root canals and crowns

Ditto re Dr. Jerkins. He has a state of the art x-ray machine that does your entire mouth in seconds and eliminates the "bite down" x-ray tabs.

Heritage Dental, Lady Lake having been using office for 8 years with no complaints. Have referred many other people and also no complaints. His referrals for other work have also been very good. Has new office in Sumter Landing: Dentist on the Square which can be driven to by golf cart. Young couple, Dentists are in the office primarily. Cost is reasonable when speaking with other Villagers and there dentist.
