I think most folks who need a place in Spanish Springs use MVP. They seem to have everything available with fitness.

According to a Google search:

A 30-minute stretching session costs $55; a 60-minute session, $100. Meanwhile, Stretch Zone says their sessions will enhance your athletic performance by easing residual muscle tension, improving reaction time and spatial awareness.

As mentioned before about MVP, plus you can get a nice massage for those prices at MVP. They could of saved franchise fees, overhead and just sub-contracted with MVP and worked their program there.

There is a lady, who takes several classes the same as me, who has been going to stretch zone and thinks it helps her.

If you know MVP classes she does high intensity classes, Zone Training and Training for Warriors.

Thanks all. I'm going to give it a try. The intro workout was pretty thorough and seemed to help. It is pricy though...Spending the kids inheritance. I am not an MVP member.

Default Stretch good for many reasons

My brother goes to the Stretch Zone in Spanish Springs. He is an incomplete quadriplegic and finds benefit in the stretching of muscles he cannot do on his own. As an aside to this, we are starting a SPI SPD (Spinal Cord Injury/Disease) Support Group. If there is anyone out there who is or knows someone who might like to attend please PM me here. You can also search on SCI and will find another thread on the subject.
