Default Doctor follows up

I had a squamous cell growth removed tHis morning and just received a call from the doctor wanting to know how I was doing. It was minor surgery but it's the first time I've ever had a doctor himself call for a follow up.
It was Dr. Casper from Alliant dermatology. The office staff were all very pleasant and professional before and during the procedure.
Just thought I should give credit where credit it due!

I have heard so many good things about him.

Dr. Alex Ghazel called me at home after a root canal. I was pleased about that.

A number of years ago my mother had cataract surgery. The same day the doctor, not someone from his staff called to see how she was doing. I took the call and informed him that everything was going as planned but he still wanted the have a few words with her. She really appreciated the call if for nothing else the concern the doctor had about her well being.

Dr Casper gave me three personal followup calls.
Very comfortable with him.

Wife had implant surgery the day before Thanksgiving. The surgeon, Dr Caylor, called every day that weekend, including Thanksgiving Day, to ask if she was doing ok or needed anything. Totally unlike what we experienced up north.

I too had Dr. Caylor for implant surgery and he does call to check on his patients. I've had other docs call as well...think Dr. Spurrier does that, or at least his office does.
