Default Recommendation: Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Is anyone using a local D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic medicine)? I am aware of Dr. Juanita Brown in Orlando, but was looking for someone a bit closer.

David Lichtinger, DO is located in the medical complex on 466 near Rolling Acres. He also has an office in Leesburg. I have seen him and really did like his manner. Unfortunately, he no longer takes my insurance.

My husband and I both use Dr. Frederic Davis. His office is in Laurel Manor.
We both like him very much. He is very thorough and never seems to be in a rush. His office is also very good about returning calls.

I use Dr. John Burress. He's at Lady Lake Family Medicine on 466 by Rolling Acres. He is right in front of Recreation Plantation.
I have been going to him for 6 years. He is wonderful. He also has an awesome PA, Sylvia. Their number is 259-7994.

Thanks for the recommendations. Are any of you using the D.O. for osteopathic manipulation or injection therapy?

Dr. Burress does some of that. I had him once do some manipulation & an injection cause I was in a lot of pain. Normally I see an Ortho.
