best way to know how you would feel without
 ...take a low ottamon or bench or a yoga ball would work better...and back bend your head to the ground...you will feel very dizzy at first it take great practice...to invert for any length of time...in yoga i can stay in pose for about 15 minutes

The examination chair in Dr. Han's office is knelt on and then you find yourself upside down, or nearly upside down.
Quite an experience. No one told me what to expect.
