Default Face down support after eye surgery

If you've had eye surgery in which your recovery period required that you maintain a face down position, I'm interested in learning from whom you rented the equipment and your satisfaction (or otherwise) with that company. Thanks.

Thank you Jeriteri. Based upon your recommendation we used Comfort Solutions and were pleased. The equipment was clean, in good condition, and the instructions were clear. We were very glad to return it, however, when the doctor gave us the all clear yesterday. It feels so good to once again sit up straight and finally be able to sleep on the back!
