According to a news release. They have released the dosages they have been withholding for the second vaccination. This is the reason that more vaccinations are now available.

We put is all ones for the SS spaces and clicked no on the insurance question.

We did get a screen stating our information was accepted and approved with the date and time of confirmation.
The same page stated we would be called when the next available appointments were applied.

We also received a confirming email with the same information.

Has anybody used this site and actually got an appointment?

With such low numbers of dose availability I suspect the wait will be longer than we think!!

So now we wait.....

This is certainly a much better site than the one the county was using before. I went through two of those 8 am attempts to request a vaccination and twice was turned down in 16 minutes. This one made it easy to apply, and they will let me know when my time comes (so to speak).

What I am wondering, of course, is why something like this wasn’t developed and in place nationwide ready for use whenever a vaccine was ready. If it can be done now, it could have been done six months ago and sent out to every state and county, ready to turn on. How hard was it to anticipate that this would be necessary?

Signed up and got the appointment for my wife and I the next day. Going on the 15th and the 11th. Put down all the information they asked for. Probably shouldn’t have, but we were desperate.

I used the site and got an appointment 3 days later. What happens when I show up for the appointment remains to be seen. I’ve heard the sites can be a confused mess

noslices1 01-13-2021 06:46 AM

Yes, going for first dose on Monday.

Deals4me 01-13-2021 06:49 AM

I used them.

I signed up early, received a confirmation email complete with a barcode for my identity which they scanned when I checked in. I got my shot yesterday (Tuesday) at their location in a field behind fresh market. It was extremely organized and efficient, it worked very well.

I read after the First dose of vaccine, you are still susceptible to Covid 19 for 14 days! This vaccine program is about as organized as the " CASH for Clunkers" program!
Interesting read on how it alters The Body's RNA...

Itsallinthegrip 01-13-2021 07:01 AM

We signed up on 1/11, gave all of our correct information and received our first shot yesterday on 1/13 and have our second shot scheduled in 28 days.

cleosmum 01-13-2021 07:02 AM

Yes, I got my first and second appointments for next week. I put in all zeros for SSN.

Susan1234 01-13-2021 07:05 AM

I got an appointment for the 21st of Jan. I did not give SS# or insurance info.

Poor choice of words or a fundamental misunderstanding of how mRNA vaccines work. Keep reading.

Has anyone asked why our Social Security numbers and copy of insurance card and not our Medicare card is required?
