It is great you were able to get the same time slot as your husband! How were you able to get that? We want to sign up today and we also would like the same scheduled time slot.

I am happy for all of you that are receiving this wonderful gift!

I am very sad for those of you who look at this in a negative light!
I'm not sure if your glass is half empty, or you just have too big of a glass?!

Hopefully, there are better times ahead, and we can get beyond this.

When you get the notice to schedule, there will be a time slots in 1/2 hour increments throughout the day. Just choose the same slot for both parties.

Ditto for 3 of us. Easy peasy.

Yes. I registered on Sunday night and I have an appointment for my first shot tomorrow with an appointment for the second shot on Feb. 11th. I guess I was lucky. I am very pleased that they are taking the responsibility for booking the second shot. I wad wondering how we would ever be able to do that.

We went to our appointed time and found this to be the most efficient and expedient process possible. Hang in there... we must have been one of the first responders to the website. More people, more waiting time for appointments. This is totally legitimate. And on our email for our first appointment, there is a second appointment scheduled for our second vaccination. Beautifully done.

Mac81 01-13-2021 10:34 AM

Yes...within 24 hours of signing up.

popbaby2 01-13-2021 10:36 AM

Yes we got appointment for Sunday! Yea!

The advice has been to not put in your SS number and click no insurance.

We put is all ones for the SS spaces and clicked no on the insurance question.

We did get a screen stating our information was accepted and approved with the date and time of confirmation.
The same page stated we would be called when the next available appointments were applied.

We also received a confirming email with the same information.

Has anybody used this site and actually got an appointment?

With such low numbers of dose availability I suspect the wait will be longer than we think!!

So now we wait.....

Yes we got appointments for sunday and second one 4 weeks later. You are registered so hang in there till more available.

Not entirely true,

Green card holders are eligible also.

No luck so far

I must have tried 100 times over the past 3 days. I am able to request and receive a code, but the site does not provide a box for me to enter the code and get on the waiting list or get an actual appointment. I am happy for those who have succeeded in breaking through the site's "firewall" and received an appointment, but I am becoming very frustrated. I am at high risk because of age and medical conditions, so I really want to get the vaccine. Has anyone else had these problems and become frustrated and stresses? What times of day have those who have succeeded been successful? Any idea what I might be doing wrong. And yes, I have tried both text and email without success. Sumter County Health Department have been unable to help.

That's not true, because Canadians can be vaccinated against COVID.

Just had ours. So agree. Went like clockwork. Everyone friendly and right on point. Excellent process. (and it didn't hurt at all) They also make you wait...timed. ...for fifteen minutes to see if you have an allergic reaction. Plenty of trained personnel.

pmken2 01-13-2021 11:31 AM

I did the same thing, no SSN and no on insurance. I got the same email that said we would get appointment in order of registration. They are saying they will do 1500 a day and have the first 4000 scheduled. We will see how long, but at least they are doing something.
