I too used Dr. Duke. It has been one year this last Oct. I believe he and his staff are professional, friendly , and attentive. You first meet with his P A Courtney. She asks questions to better understand your problem , examines and orders x rays. If you have a need for surgery I suggest waiting until mid summer when there are less people( snowbirds). Dr.Duke orders a machine that moves your knee back and forth a day after surgery. I recommend this as it helps keep the muscles from developing scar tissue. Be VERY diligent in doing your daily rehab. Not doing them makes it extremely difficult to move and more pain happens.

I just moved to TOTV and have a partial knee replacement scheduled with Dr. Sahajpal? Does anyone have any experience with this doctor?
