Ask your primary care physician. It their job to refer you to the appropriate specialist.

Who did your thoracic ablation procedure?

I would consult your local GP first. They can do an exam and get x-rays which will then allow them to recommend appropriate next steps.

Start with your primary care physician who should be able to determine with a history and exam whether your problem is orthopedic, rheumatologic, or neurologic etc. And it is even possible that a primary care doctor might be able to provide effective therapy. Not every illness needs a sub-specialist.

As a nurse I say call your primary care provider and have them advise you. Could be you need orthopedic, then doctors at advanced orthopedic institute are great. Maybe is another issue, let them decide.
