These genetic disorders may have nothing at all to do with what we eat nor drink..........it's in our genes or else it is not in our genes.

To be obsessed with every little morsal of food is to take all the joy out of living..........again, God Forbid, but one could be hit by a car and depart this planet prematurely, even if they ate all the "right" stuff.
I don't see everything in life as strictly black and white.
