Tried 3 times to make a appointment yesterday. Each time the message said: You have longer than expected waits, we are short staffed. First attempt 19 minutes, Second Try 22 minutes and third try 33 Minutes. Only heard monotonous music back to back. No other messages like maybe, you are now 6th in line, or leave your number and we call you back when it is your turn in line. Maybe all the medical staffers are stuck on a cargo ship off the Long Beach California coast.
