Dr. Stephen Nguyen Optimotion Orthopedics. Most experience with side entry knee replacement. If you are under 65 he'll do it in day surgery, if over 65 Medicare requires overnight stay.
Surgeries done at Dr. Phillips in Orlando.

Dr. Joe Tutorino

Altamont Springs, FL 32701

Did my rotator cuff surgery and my wife's knee replacement (she was back at golf in 7 weeks). A little drive to see him, but well worth your time. A great, caring orthopedic Doctor.

For top notch medical care of something serious, I would go to one of the big hospitals up north that specializes that that particular area.

Hello! Many folks in TV use Dr. Duke in Ocala for their knee surgery. If you ask around his name often comes up. I had one of mine operated on by Duke. He is the only orthopedic who requires his patients to use a stretching machine on the first day after operation.to prevent scar tissue build up.

That is false. I used the same machine post surgery in the hospital and then at home. My fantastic results were compliments of Dr. Nguyen.

The best in Florida is Flagler hospital, using robotic navigation. This is state of art surgery, less invasive. I had both knees done at top hospital in Boston. Never a pain since.

Always, stay in hospital for a few days so they can monitor your blood pressure and blood clots. This is major surgery, A new knee is no good six feet under.

I cant successfully post a link, but go to their website and search box "robotic surgery".

Simply untrue.

Therapy is crucial of course. But the machine was optional. He doesn't even think it's necessary with adherence to proper therapy.

I had fantastic results with my TKR done by Dr. Duke. Home second day. Minimal pain. Golfing in three weeks. Softball shortly thereafter. Three years later still going strong.

Dr. Duke no longer uses the stretching machine. Had mine done last year with great results. He told me that if I really insisted on using the stretching machine he'd consider it for me. But there was no need for it.

Ditto for Dr Duke. He did both of mine at once in 2005 and I have had not problems at all.
