I haven't used her for rotator cuff surgery, she was able to fix things with it. She has a background in sports medicine.

He has repaired 2 of my neighbor's shoulders and repaired my crushed wrist. His partner Dr. Williams has replaced several knees for other neighbors on our street.
Rehab is right there at his office which is convenient too.
