95 Percent of Americans Killed by COVID Were 50+

I agree, if go by WHO standards, at 6 foot my weight suppose to be 165-170. I’m considered overweight at 175. But, over weight at 190 by below standards. Which considered me too thin at 165 and unhealthily.

Calculate your BMI, correctly rated according to age and sex

By WHO standards we are considered overweight.

I was 165 lbs at birth. I spent the last 30 years trying to get rid of the demon weight. I even had a Gastric Bypass 14 years ago. I think I want a refund.

Facts are Facts and this one hurts but it's true. The extra weight does NOTHING good for you. Stressing about losing weight doesn't help you either. I wish I had committed myself more early on to be successful with keeping the weight off. I didn't. I've lost over 50 lbs during the Pandemic. Big Deal.

If today is my day to go for the big ride then I leave here grateful for every experience I've had. The good and the bad. I think that's called life.

It was the Damn Meatball Sangwiches at Wawa and Culver's Concrete Mixers and all the great restaurants in The Villages falt. Not really I own it all. Look what it took for me to listen. Nobody held me down and force-fed me a spoonful.

I was told by my primary Doctor at the beginning of this entire mess that if I get Covid I'm done. I listened to him and have been a model citizen ever since.

Stay Safe and Take Care.
