Another great idea but I don't use credit cards and wouldn't want to give out my debit card number online. So that's not an option for me.

To some extent all processed foods are a fraud and oils are no exception. They are processed to eliminate the fiber and protein. Oils are an extract designed to appeal to taste rather than promote health, but that doesn't stop them from telling us how healthy it is.

They remove the fiber which has the effect of concentrating the fat so it becomes pure fat. Imagine how much fiber/pulp has to be removed to make one serving.

The average American diet only contains about 10 to 12 grams of fiber per day, but we really need at least 25 to 30 grams of fiber to maintain good health.

It's likely that you already know this but I just have to say it once in a while. I should take my own advice and stop using oils altogether. A better alternative would be chopped (raw) nuts in soups and salads.

Sams Club now carries it at a pretty good price.
