I finally remembered what the technique is called - I have wanted to try myself. It is called Rolfing - look it up. There is at least one practitioner in Orlando rolfingorlando.com

Default tried oil didn't do much

Where and what was your pain that it worked on? And which did you use?

I also recommend being very careful where you buy it, there are a lot of scams and not so "pure" oils available.

This is a link to one of the most positively reviewed companies in the business. Not the least expensive, but very high quality.

Did you actually get your medical marijuana card and go and actually speak to the customer service and white pain you’re going through and what you’re looking for and how to relieve that pain. You will not get a good relief of higher pain with over the counter oils. Have you looked into Microdosing mushrooms? Yoga is an other great way to reduce pain.

According to Wikipedia

Rolfing (/ˈrɔːlfɪŋ, ˈrɒl-/)[1] is a form of alternative medicine originally developed by Ida Rolf (1896–1979) as Structural Integration.[2][3] Rolfing is marketed with unproven claims of various health benefits.[4][5] It is based on Rolf's ideas about how the human body's "energy field" can benefit when aligned with the Earth's gravitational field.[6][7]

Rolfing is typically delivered as a series of ten hands-on physical manipulation sessions sometimes called "the recipe". Practitioners combine superficial and deep manual therapy with movement prompts.[8] The process is sometimes painful.[5] Studies have not proven that Rolfing is safe.[9]

The principles of Rolfing contradict established medical knowledge,[10] and there is no good evidence Rolfing is effective for the treatment of any health condition.[9] It is recognized as a pseudoscience[11] and has been characterized as quackery.[12][4]

I completely understand, and I am sorry CBD doesn't work for you. And I am sorry you are in pain.

Wow, I have never seen that respect for others here on this forum. So mature. I love it.

I'm a huge believer in stretching. Epsom salt baths can also be a short term soother. Body pillow between the legs at night can really help too. I wish you well.

Look on the left side of the page and read everything that relates to yourself.

I take many nutraceuticals which help me. You may want to consider high dose vitamin B3 (niacinamide) and magnesium along with a high power multi -supplement.
You have to be kidding. How about seeing a neurosurgeon or orthopedic spine surgeon and leave the quackery on the internet.

Most people are low or even deficient in vitamin D, and an OTC amount won't hurt them even if they're not low.

But niacinamide and magnesium can cause some pretty nasty unpleasant side effects for people who don't need it.
True, and also Vitamin D in excess of 5,000 I.U./day can start you on the road to very nasty renal calculi.

I had knee surgery and the pain was about a constant 6 and if I got up a 10, I used CBD creams and drops (uggh) used prescription drugs but most made me drowsy, a friend recommended to try Absorbine Veterinary Gel, i was skeptic, but I had tried most all available, I was at Rural King buying their spring water and went by the horse stuff, and I found it, I purchased a container, again was skeptical, but I tried it, I was surprised at several things, it smelled wonderful, a really clean spearmint, put it on my knee and started to tingle, about 15 minutes later my constant pain went down to a 2 or 3, but when I got up which was really bad, it went down so it was manageable. I looked at the ingredients no drugs, nonprescription, over the counter, it has helped me a LOT, maybe it will help you too.

We have gotten great help from Dr. Gilliland's at Regenerative Therapy of Lady Lake's PEMF treatment.
352-268-0199 First treatment is free but reasonable/affordable after. Not a once and done type of situation but a series is needed. Many of our friends have tried it and each one has become a believer. He has powerful equipment and knows the art in using it. 510 CR 466 suite 201G (park in back - 2nd floor - elevator or stairs)

Not surgery. Already had that. Not nerve blocks. Already had that. Not pot. Already tried that. Not nerve stimulators. Already did that.

Basically already did the traditional treatments many times over. I was requesting doctors who think beyond old school techniques and may have some progressive treatments.
