Has anyone used Dr. Pinnamaneni at the Pain Clinic?

Default Brad and bob - youtube physical therapists

These YOUTUBE physical therapists explain the best ways to get rid of plantar faciitis and sciatica. Their approach includes the "Mckenzie Method".

These two guys seem a bit goofy but they know what works! Proceed with caution.

When my plantar was at it’s worst, I bought pair of OOFOS flip flops. Wore them constantly in the house, kept by side of bed in case I needed to get up at night. Of course, I had to do all the other steps to get relief but these really eased the pain when walking in the house. My plantar is gone now but I continue to wear my OOFOS.

My plantar faciitis has now developed into sciatica. Nothing seems to help.
