Can anyone recommend a podiatrist that accepts The Villages United Healthcare plan? Thanks

You can go to the UHC web site and drill down though the medicare plans, find yours and look up providers, including podiatrists, there. I did a quick check and it listed 32 podiatrists in network. Also your Primary Care Provider can refer you to one. For a lot a specialists it's easier to get an appointment if you get a referral from your PCP.
