On opportunity to loose some weight during this inconvenience. If you’re healthy enough to do so.

Walk at brisk pace for 3 miles or more. ( it you can’t at first walk that far, start out mile and work you way up.

Watch you’re eating habits.

Reduce you’re sugar intake, cut down on soda drinks, sweeten ice tea, and yes BEER. Drink more water ( right there will have weight loss benifits along with health benifits.

Don’t snack between meals, if you have to, eat fruits or vegetables.

It you can follow these simple recommendations you can loose 20 or more pounds in 5 months or more depending on how hard you work at it.

You can google BMI charts and enter you’re gender, weight, and height, it will give you close reading. Anything over 24.9 considered over weight.

Now before you attempt this make sure you are healthy enough to walk any distance and make sure you have good comfortable pair of walking shoes.

No, I don’t claim to be doctor or sell you some snake oil to magically loss weight. Any exercise you can get helps.
