I will comment on the finger and heel shot. The finger was nothing compared to the excruciating pain of a cortisone shot in the heel. I really thought I was going to pass out.

Ive got it in one finger sometimes when I sleep. If you rub it down really good, it will pop loose. It is the tendon sheath that gets inflamed so when you massage it, the sheath lets the tendon loose. Kind of a weird feeling, right?

I've used Dr. Cook several times for that, on 441 behind Villages Hospital.

Splint trigger finger for 6 weeks, it will resolve.
