Default UHC OTC and Walmart

Walmart at Colony does not seem to indicate on the aisles which items are OTC UHC covered. I was told you won't know until you are at the register. This seems so inconvenient. Anyone know differently?

Yes, it is inconvenient at Walmart. Walgreens has most OTC items marked, but not all. The UHC app has a scanner. Once installed you select View UCard, then select Visit UCard Hub, then select Open Product Scanner. Scan the barcode to see if it covered. Awkward but it works at Walmart, Walgreens, etc. At Walmart self check-out use the wand to scan the UCard.

A little off topic, but I once asked the guy at Walmart why a 16-ounce loaf of bread costs more than a 20-ounce loaf of the exact same brand. I thought it was a mistake. But, he pointed out that the 16-ounce bread was labelled as bring eligible for a Federal assistance program. So, Walmart is charging as much as they can for the 16-ounce loaf because the Government is paying for it. Very sad.
