Both my wife and I have been in the UHC The Villages plan for 5 years. She has had a number of major health issues. I have had some less important health issues. Everything has been taken care of very well. On one occasion my wife was able to go out of network for a provider simply because the one in-network was inconvenient to go to, just by asking UHC.

I've gone out of network for one of my health issues (Ocala) with no issues but opted to come back to T.V. to the specialty clinic as it was a hassle to drive nearly an hour for a 15 to 20 minute app't. My provider with UHC with T.V. sends referrals out and I've always gotten my call-backs for app'ts very quickly.
