USF Specialists building is being completed near The Villages Hospital. Has anyone heard what specialities will be represented?

According to an article in the Daily Sun on Aug. 11, 2013, these specialties will be offered at the USF Specialty Care Center:
Cardiology
Gastroenterology
General surgery
Gynecology, including urogynecology
Neurology
Orthopedic surgery
Plastic surgery
Pulmonary
Thoracic surgery
