Default Shoulder Surgery

I am contemplating on having shoulder surgery performed by Dr. Isaac Mitchell. Any recommendations/feedback?

IMO, he's the best shoulder guy around. Both Mr 07 and I had right rotator cuff repair back in 08-09 and we're both able to return to tennis, golf, swimming. It was a good 3 months of therapy to return to golf, closer to 6 months for tennis. The therapy is tough but it works. He's a fine surgeon. Not necessarily the most outgoing personality but very competent. He does hundreds of shoulders a year, I would guess.... Full replacement, repair, and cleanup. But, he will also try a non surgical solution first if it makes sense... Cortisone shots, PT, etc.
