This is the only benefit of the lockdown

I've lost 18 pounds since this started.

I am eating more due to boredom (something to do) but seem to balance it by walking more both inside and outside.

I'm on a very restricted diet for health necessity (low fat/ sodium/sugar/processed foods) since before the pandemic. Losing weight is really difficult, fighting for every pound. Worst part now is not being able to go to markets and reading labels or finding the few safe foods I can eat. I "cheat" out of desperation on non perishables like Cheerios or a protein bar. Can't buy too much produce at once or it will go bad. And why is lean ground turkey breast so hard to find?

Probably found what you lost as a result of stocking up on comfort food for the first two weeks and then lost again due to confusion, anxiety, fear, and reading the political and unintelligent postings on TOTV and NDN :22yikes:

Try some ground chicken breast instead...with an egg, plenty of seasoning, a dot of bbq sauce, grated onion, and a little panko crumbs added to hold it all together. Brush a little olive oil on it for better browning. Pan fry, air fry, or grill.
Nothing to do on this gloomy whatever-day-it-is, other than give you my tip! :icon_bored:

So, what does that say? Eating out all time unhealthy ?

IMO, yes, you don’t know what’s in it and how it’s cooked.
