Weigth loss can be a mind over matter type event.
"If you don't mind, it don't matter". Perserverance to get to one's goal is great, but it means nothing, if one is not planning to stay, at the new weight. IMHO BTW - Losing weight gets much more difficult as we age, but it's not impossible. One does not have to get sick to lose weight, but my heart goes out to all people who should lose weight, but find it so difficult. |
