If his number was disconnected with no forwarding number and you are 100% sure it is the correct number that would tell me he wasn't there any longer. Can't even find a local doc with that name in The Villages. Found one in Denver, Rochester and Stuart FL in Google. Sure you have the name right? If he moved locally the odds are 99.9% he'd keep the same number.
