So glad you sent me a message. In what village is your rental property? We have lived in Sanibel 2 years. We noticed pops last February & had 7. Last month we noticed more. 3 of our neighbors had them.
T&D drilled holes where the pops were & then filled the area & repainted last February. Evidently it was something in the concrete mix they were using previously.
If we enclose, we are going to level the lanai & tile that area so I'm looking for reputable tile contractors.
I'm not sure what T&D meant by a membrane. I don't recall them offering that to our neighbors.
T&D will be here on Friday to quote us for enclosing the lanai. The individual from T&D who we are dealing with regarding the pops is John Lawley.
I will pass on any information to you if you would like if you would please do the same. This is frustrating!!! My email is skysar@salconinc.com.
    Thanks.
    Sue

Hope you are enjoying the snow more than we are, lol. Do you rent your home on a yearly basis, or just for the so called snowbird season? I too deal with a Mom issue, but mine fell and broke her hip in Nov. after coming down to FL in Oct. for a visit. She is doing great and not having to use her walker 100% of the time now. We have been trying to get a clear shot down for the past month, but the weather has stopped us either here or in the mountains. Well, if we ever are down there at the same time, would love to meet...And if your house is available for rent in April, have some friends coming then who are looking for a place. Stay in and stay warm Sable99! Sharon

Was just viewing your post on AT&T service and noticed you were from Adrian. So are my husband and I. We currently have my house there and our villa in Charlotte. Nice to see some others from Adrian...We will be back and forth as my kids and Grandkids are in Michigan and my husbands are in Florida. We have only been married 2 1/2 years, but knew each other in high school. Nice to meet you! Sharon and Ron Hicks
