Breakdown of Groome Trans. bus on Turnpike from MCO to the Villages

Yesterday, my wife who has Asthma took Groome back to the Villages from MCO. To begin with, the bus had no AC. Then it broke down with smoke gathering inside on the FL Turnpike. Everyone was removed from the bus and stood on the Turnpike grassy area for about 1 hour until a replacement bus arrived to continue the trip home to The Villages. Not even a message today from Groome, only a pre-prepared, "Thanks For Taking Groome". Maybe you should ask if they maintain their vehicles before you make a reservation.
