While shopping for a home in Real Estate TOTV, I have found that most listings have been sold but not removed. Is there anyone monitoring for sale listings??? So much time wasted. Seems like the owners of TOTV would have expiration for adds with notification of need to relist if still available.

Counsel/Wisdom needed:
As a Village resident, if you could relocate within The Villages, what area would you relocate to? Current area of residence? Buy "central" between Sumter, Paddock and Sawgrass or just near Sumter?
About us... We are Tomeo and Amber Humphrey from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. A major incentive in moving to TV's is to find like hearted people for a new orphanage sponsoring building club in TV. Hubby and I have experience and history in this, aaaaand, not to worry, the only "ask" will be $1 a year per Villager. With that, our club, TV, should be able to bring home 100+ children/year. If anyone is curious, just reach out and I'll give you a bigger, better picture. I've presented the club concept to TV and we have had a very positive response thus far.
