Looking for recommendations on the best time of the year to replace sections of my lawn with new sod and on which company / contractor would be best to contact.

Looking for recommendations on who would perform a small, approximate 30 sq ft, laminate floor job. Had a Murphy bed removed when I bought my home, need to have 6 bolts and some laminate flooring removed and new flooring covering the entire area laid along with bead molding. I already have matching laminate flooring so this would be labor only.
