I was informed by my house insurance company that a surcharge was added to my policy because my community does not participate in "The Building Enforcement Program" The insurance rep was not able to tell me which community he had me listed. I own in Pine Ridge and pay my taxes to Fruitland Park. Does anyone know about Building Code Enforcement Program? Thanks

I am considering adding a dehumidistat to my thermostat. The cost would be $215 from Munns. I have been told it would save on electricity but if it were to fail for some reason I would have a mold problem. Pros and cons of installing a dehumidstat please?
