I bought a house and am here for 1 month. i would like to find out the names of the singles groups and how to contact them. I feel very alone here.

My closing will be on Nov. 3 and i am finally moving the TV! So excited. I will be moving to a community called La Zamora. Do any of you live in that area and is there a community get together for socializing? Also, do you think that the area is in a good location as far as shopping, restaurants, etc. goes? Thanks.

Dear rhsgypsyldady, I am back in WI right now and just saw your message to me. I appreciate your offer, but my circumstances have changed. I found a house I really like in TV and put a bid on it. I am waiting to hear. If I do need a house to rent for a short time before closing, it would have to be furnished. But thank you so much.

I know you are looking to purchase a home in TV and have been renting for a month. I have an unfurnished stucco courtyard villa with a 6' stucco wall in back for privacy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, all appliances (inlcuding washer and dryer), lanai and its own swimming pool that I would like to lease for 6 months while you continue to look for your home. I am renting here for the month of August and think that perhaps I've made a big mistake. Everyone is friendly and nice, but I feel very lonely. At night, I go back to the house and sit and watch TV, just like at home. It's not a place for a single woman to come alone. I have been looking at houses with the intention to buy, but need time to decide if I could fit in. I wish I could rent for 6 months before buying, but logistically it will be difficult to store all my furniture and find an owner that would accept my 2 cats. Does anyone have any suggestions? I get lost wherever I go and I feel so lost inside.
