That kid was me...Im sorry about what happened and I actually spent 2 years in a youth offender prison. I still play the golf tournaments in ocala including the Marion Masters here in 2 weeks.. I have no idea what happened to him. A sheriff’s deputy took a report the day it happened. I had very little contact after that with the sheriff. A detective told me that the guy who stole my clubs and 17 other sets agreed to pay restitution for a reduced sentence. I received a series of checks over a period of time (which I never expected). I also understand he was a quite an avid golfer. I hope he learned a lesson and can make some better choices.
