That is an interesting approach but wouldn't you have do the permit and approval gathering work with that? I would be interested in knowing what you think the process would include, if you would be interested in sharing.

Hi Craig,

We have also contacted a couple of contractors about a summer kitchen and found the prices to be unreasonable. We are looking at contracting it out piece-meal - should cut the cost in half.
