Hi
I have a contract to purchase a house and was so excited until the sinkhole opening up. I would not buy if I didn't have a contract. I did the math and thought the same thing. That would protect all our investments. If we don't do something like this, people may walk away from their homes and all our homes may go under. How can we get this started?

. We firmly believe that we were successful with
the amenity class action law suit because we kept it private and worked directly with the
Developer allowing him to announce any actions he decided to take.
I have had increasingly more calls regarding the failure of Owens Corning to provide labor
costs on their defective shingles and more new owners being told they could get sinkhole
insurance by their sales people only to find out that they cannot so I spoke with "our attorney"
today. She agreed that these are both potential class action suits and we both agree that the
POA needs to look into both of these issues.
