My husband and I have had to same horrible experience with City Furniture. Customer Satisfaction - What a joke. Buyer beware! This company has their behinds covered in every way with their 24 hour/72 hour deadlines. Customer service is a good if you like holding on for 25 + minutes with no one answering. I would not recommend doing business with this company to anyone.

We both have the Villages Medicare Advantage, we are very pleased, we are newbees too.

We just moved here and have Aetna Medicare Advantage, which is not very popular in TV. Is that who you have? If so could I chat with you about what you learn?

My husband and I have had the Medicare Advantage through United Health Care for the past 4 years. It's called the AARP Complete Choice PPO. We are very happy with it. We also use the Villages Health System and have been happy with that also. Any of the Villages Health Centers can explain all of the plans. I do not recommend the Medicare Advantage HMO offered by the Villages.
