Over taxed

Had lunch at Edna's on the Green. Had 2 items-crawfish roll and fried green tomatoes.
Was charged 2 taxes. Food and beverage 7.01% and Beer and wine 7.3%. Had no beer or wine. Asked the server and he had no answer. He checked other tickets and the same thing. Was told to see boss lady in Pavilion. She gave me no real answer and gave me my money back. Is something fishey going on here?
