I recently had last minute guest visitors and had to go to Laurel Manor to get their guest passes. The staff person working at the desk made what I thought was an unreasonable request and made a big issue of my not knowing the additional 4 digit number after their zip code. She really was difficult to deal with, who really knows their own four digit numbers? I know I do not, I had to call the post office of their town to get these numbers. This was annoying and really delayed my guests. I think a little over the top.

I prefer to sell the whole set, two headboards and a night stand would be useless to us.
