Has anyone been scammed by Perk Med Spa, they have dooped me out of over 6000.00 for services not rendered, they closed the doors and no sign of reopening. I am devastated, I just wanted to do something for myself,been taking care of my sick dad for 5 years and just wanted a boost after he past away.
