I saw your posting about renting and looking for your home in The Villages and I mentioned it to my husband (Frank) this morning. He said, oh you have to contact him ...so I am We'll be putting our home on the market in late August and if all goes well probaby will do what your doing.....renting and looking around Monarch Grove etc. I'm sure it's overwhelming the number of choices. How is your search going? . I just wanted to touch base with you so as not to loose contact. When the time comes for us to move down I'm sure you an Diane will have some good advice for us. Do you get the feeling that there are permanent residents there or many properties owned by investors renting the homes out? When we stayed in Pine Hil renting we saw very few people and it was March! Is there much noise from trains or traffic??
Sink holes to worry about? etc.
