Hi, you can buy at least three ways. 1. With the village. 2. With private owner. 3. With outside Realtor.
We found that the Village people will really stretch the truth to make a sale. We found that most of them are not licensed in Real Estate. With private owner, you can do it with the Escrow group, no realtor fee. Above all! TAke your time, do not believe everything you hear, do not agree to something verbally, everything to be done is to be in writing BEFORE you give them a dime. We found some real surprises came along and so be sure to move slowly and do not believe anything like we will take care of it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, that is BS.

She knows deals when she see's them and will not hesitate to tell you if price is fair or not. She will also search to find Villages foreclosures, if available at nice discounts that some realtors will not tell you about due to reduced commissions for the realtors. Go to some of the open houses and meet the realtors. From our experience the last two weeks, most of them are very knowledgeable and very professional. You may find one whose personality suits you.

Hi, Dan Foster is with Grizzard Realty, a really nice person who knows the area, and he will tell you when a home is overpriced and he knows how to listen. We are not realtors ourselves. Beware of some of the sales persons, REALLY BEWARE. They have a disease, they will do anything to get you to buy their product. Again,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Be Careful and do not believe everything they tell you. If they claim something,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, MAKE THEM SHOW IT IN WRITING AND DO NOT PAY A DIME UNTIL YOU HAVE PERSONALLY CHECKED EVERYTHING TOTALLY. Also if they tell you they will fix or have fixed something, then you must be shown for sure, for sure..................... YES.
