The Villages like all lessors or landlords use fair market rates and all know the rate at time of signing....They keep the properties in excellent condition even vacant properties.....one should not enter a lease unless you are qualified to complete the lease as written...the difference in The villages it is much like a stadium captured audience....there is only one lessor no completion in the market place...you have one player as landlord no competing factor...so this represents vacant commercial and The Villages must recognize this and adjust it....I am sure they have recognized this and will correct it...they are very competent managers
