We (Village Palms) had the plan reviewed and approved pror to construction. Apparently you can landscape right to the edge of the property line. You can even pour concrete to the property line but any enclosure, llike a bird cage, must be 10 feet back from the rear property line. I do not know for sure about side yard or front yard but I think the side is 5 feet setback.
